Consistency is one of the most important parts of a domestic cleaning service.
Your cleaning is booked to an agreed schedule and managed by us. If your usual cleaner is unavailable, we deal with it rather than simply leaving you without a clean.
You’ll have a company you can contact, a record of what’s been agreed and a team responsible for delivering it.
No chasing somebody on WhatsApp on the morning they’re supposed to arrive.

What We Clean
Kitchen
Worktops, splashbacks and sinks are cleaned and sanitised, with grease and residue removed from accessible surfaces. Cupboards and drawers are cleaned inside and out, and appliance exteriors, fittings and floors are thoroughly cleaned.
Oven cleaning can be included where required, along with internal cleaning of fridges, freezers and other appliances.
Bathrooms
Baths, showers, screens, basins and toilets are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. We tackle soap residue, water marks and limescale, polish fittings and mirrors, and clean tiles, floors and accessible surfaces throughout.
Bedrooms & Living Areas
Surfaces are dusted and wiped, skirting boards, doors, frames, switches and sockets are attended to, and floors are vacuumed or mopped as appropriate.
We pay particular attention to corners, edges and the little areas that ordinary cleaning tends to miss.
Throughout Your Home
Doors, handles, switches, skirting boards and other details are incorporated into the cleaning routine as appropriate.
We manage the clean accordingly rather than ignoring everything that isn’t on a five-line checklist.
If something needs particular attention, tell us when you book. We’d rather know beforehand and arrive prepared.

Not everything should be attacked with the strongest chemical in the cupboard.
Stone, timber, stainless steel, painted surfaces and specialist finishes all require different treatment. We use professional products appropriately and take care around the materials and finishes in your home.
If you have a particularly delicate, unusual or valuable surface, tell us.
We’ll make sure we know what we’re cleaning before we clean it.
Pets, Children & Real Life
We clean homes, not show homes.
There might be a dog following us from room to room. There might be toys under the sofa, breakfast happening as we arrive, somebody working from the spare room or a teenager who apparently considers mugs to be bedroom furniture.
That’s fine.
We’ll agree how best to work around your household and get on with the job.
