Office Cleaning
Clean. Before Anyone Notices.
The best office cleaning service is the one nobody has to think about.
The office is ready when your team arrives. Kitchens are clean. Washrooms are stocked. Bins are empty. Floors are done. Desks and communal areas are looked after.
And nobody from your team has spent their morning wondering where the cleaner is.
Kelly Bennett provides professionally managed office cleaning across Bristol, built around your workplace, your hours and the standard you expect.
We take care of the cleaning. You get on with everything else.
Cleaning That Happens When It Should.
An office doesn’t need to be spectacularly clean once.
It needs to be consistently clean every working day.
That’s why we build each office cleaning service around an agreed specification and schedule, with a regular team who get to know the building and a company behind them responsible for making sure the work gets done.
Early mornings. Evenings. During the working day.
We’ll build the service around how your business actually operates.
Your cleaning schedule shouldn’t become another thing you have to manage.
Your Office. Your Specification.
There isn’t much value in cleaning something every day that needs doing once a week while ignoring something that needs attention by lunchtime.
We’ll establish how your building is used and develop the cleaning specification accordingly.
That can include daily tasks, periodic work and areas requiring particular attention.
As the building changes, the service can change with it.
A cleaning specification should describe your workplace. Not ours.
What We Look After

Offices & Workspaces
Desks and accessible surfaces, floors, touchpoints, internal glazing and the everyday areas that keep working spaces clean and presentable.
We’ll agree how desks, personal belongings and equipment should be handled before the service begins.

Kitchens & Breakout Areas
Office kitchens have an extraordinary ability to reveal just how differently people interpret the phrase clean up after yourself.
We’ll take care of worktops, sinks, tables, appliance exteriors, floors and agreed communal areas so your team doesn’t have to.
Periodic deeper cleaning can also be incorporated where required.

Washrooms
Clean washrooms aren’t an optional extra.
We’ll clean and sanitise toilets, basins, fittings, mirrors, floors and touchpoints, with consumables replenished where included in your service.
If supplies are running low, we’d rather deal with that before somebody discovers it at an inconvenient moment.

Reception & Client Areas
First impressions happen before anybody reaches the meeting room.
Reception areas, entrances, waiting areas and customer-facing spaces can be given particular attention so they’re ready for the start of each working day.
Clean floors. Clean glass. Clean surfaces.
Nothing remarkable. Exactly as it should be.

Meeting Rooms
Tables, surfaces, floors and touchpoints kept ready for the next meeting rather than bearing evidence of the previous six.
For frequently used meeting and conference spaces, we can build additional attention into the regular schedule.

Communal Areas
Corridors, stairs, lifts, entrances and shared facilities often see more traffic than anywhere else in the building.
We’ll incorporate them into the service according to their actual use rather than treating every square metre as though it needs exactly the same thing.
The Cleaner Isn’t Your Employee.
So you shouldn’t have to manage them like one.
Recruitment. Training. Holiday cover. Sickness. Scheduling. Equipment. Products. Standards. Performance.
Those are our problems.
You get an agreed cleaning service and a point of contact at Kelly Bennett responsible for delivering it.
If somebody is away, we organise cover.
If something needs changing, you tell us.
If there’s a problem, you don’t have to work out which cleaner is responsible before anybody will deal with it.
That’s what having a managed service is supposed to mean.
A Regular Team Who Know Your Building.
Consistency matters in a workplace too.
Wherever possible, we assign regular cleaners to your site so they become familiar with the building, its routines and the people who use it.
They’ll know which areas become busiest, which doors need particular attention, where supplies belong and how the building should be left.
But they aren’t working alone.
You get familiar faces on site, backed by a team off it.
Security Matters.
A cleaner may be in your workplace when almost nobody else is.
We don’t take that lightly.
Our team members are carefully selected and vetted, with access arrangements agreed as part of setting up your service.
Keys, alarm procedures, access codes and site-specific instructions are handled according to agreed processes.
If your workplace has additional security or vetting requirements, speak to us during the site assessment.
Trust isn’t a consumable we order with the bin bags.
Professional Cleaning. Professionally Managed.

Trained People
Our cleaners are trained for the work they’re carrying out and supported by a management team rather than simply being handed an address and a mop.

Proper Products
Professional cleaning products selected and used appropriately for the surfaces, environment and task.

COSHH
Relevant cleaning products are managed with appropriate COSHH information and working practices.

Risk Assessments
Site and task requirements can be assessed as appropriate to the contract, including access, equipment and working conditions.

Quality Control
We don’t rely solely on a customer telling us when something has gone wrong.
The service is managed, standards can be checked and issues addressed.
Good cleaning needs good systems behind it.
More Than the Daily Clean.
An office occasionally needs more than its regular service.
Because Kelly Bennett provides a wider range of property services, we can incorporate or arrange additional work without you having to find another contractor every time something different needs attention.
That can include:
One company. One relationship. One less supplier to manage.
Consumables & Supplies
Cleaning the washroom and leaving an empty soap dispenser isn’t terribly useful.
Where required, we can incorporate the management and replenishment of agreed consumables into your service.
That can include items such as hand soap, toilet tissue, paper products, bin liners and other everyday washroom or cleaning supplies.
We’ll agree what we’re responsible for at the outset.
Running out shouldn’t be the reminder to order more.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
Tell us.
Better still, we want our own team to notice first.
A leaking tap. A damaged fitting. A light that’s failed. Evidence of a pest problem. A recurring spill. Something unusual in the building.
Cleaners spend a surprising amount of time seeing parts of a workplace that everybody else walks straight past.
Where appropriate, our teams can report issues they notice while carrying out their work so the right person knows about them.
We aren’t your building surveyor.
But we do have eyes.
Changing Cleaning Company?
It shouldn’t be difficult.
We’ll assess the site, establish what your current service covers, identify anything you’d like to change and agree a start date.
From there, we organise the people, schedule, equipment, products and site arrangements required to take over.
If you’ve had problems with your existing contractor, tell us what they are.
There’s little point changing the logo on the invoice if nothing else changes.
Starting From Scratch?
New office? Growing team? Bringing cleaning under a proper contract for the first time?
We’ll help establish what the building actually requires.
Rather than asking you to specify how many minutes somebody should spend cleaning each washroom, we’ll assess the site and recommend an appropriate service.
You know your business.
We’re supposed to know cleaning.
How Much Does Office Cleaning Cost?
Office cleaning isn’t sensibly priced from the number of desks alone.
Building size, occupancy, washrooms, kitchens, flooring, frequency, access, operating hours and the required cleaning specification all affect the service.
So we start with the workplace.
We’ll arrange a site visit, understand what you need and provide a clear proposal setting out the scope, schedule and price.
That means both sides know exactly what we’re agreeing to before the first clean.
No vague hourly estimate. No mystery specification.
[Arrange a Site Visit]
The Office Is Ready.
Your first employee arrives.
The entrance is clean. The bins are empty. The kitchen is ready. The washrooms are stocked. The meeting rooms look like meeting rooms again.
Nobody sends an email about the cleaning.
Nobody needs to.
That’s the service working.
