Industrial & Builders Cleaning

Built. Cleaned. Ready.

The Last Trade on Site.

A finished project should look finished.

Not nearly finished.

Not finished apart from the dust.

And certainly not finished once somebody has spent the morning removing protective film from forty-seven windows.

Our builders cleaning teams work systematically through completed and refurbished spaces, removing the residue of construction and preparing the property for inspection, occupation or handover.

We can work as part of the final programme rather than arriving after everybody has suddenly remembered the building needs cleaning.

Practical completion deserves practical cleaning.

Commercial – Industrial & Builders Cleaning

Builders Cleaning

Construction creates a particular kind of mess.

Fine dust travels everywhere. Packaging accumulates. Protective materials need removing. New surfaces need cleaning without being damaged before anybody has even used them.

Our builders cleans can be tailored to the stage and condition of the project, covering appropriate tasks such as:

Construction dust removal
Floors and skirting
Doors and frames
Kitchens and fitted units
Bathrooms and sanitaryware
Internal glazing
Window frames and sills
Fixtures and fittings
Removal of labels and protective films
Appropriate removal of light adhesive residue
Vacuuming and mopping
Detailed surface cleaning
Final presentation cleaning

We’ll agree the scope before work begins.

Because “clean the building” can mean rather different things to different people.

First Clean. Final Clean. Sparkle Clean.

Not every project needs the same clean at the same time.

Initial Builders Clean

The heavier first pass after construction or refurbishment work, removing accumulated dust, debris and construction residue so the property can move towards completion.

Final Clean

A more detailed clean once trades have substantially finished and the site is approaching inspection or handover.

Sparkle Clean

The finishing pass.

Fingerprints. Fine dust. Glass. Polished surfaces. Final details.

The things that become remarkably visible five minutes before somebody important walks through the door.

Different stages. One finished result.

The Sparkle Clean

Glass clear
Fittings polished.
Floors finished.
Dust gone.

New Surfaces Deserve Some Respect.

Dust Gets Everywhere.

Refurbishment Cleaning

Industrial Cleaning

Industrial premises require cleaning services designed around how the site actually works.

Warehouses, workshops, production-adjacent areas and other light-industrial environments may need routine, periodic or one-off cleaning to maintain working areas and shared facilities.

Subject to site assessment and the nature of the environment, our service can include suitable areas such as:

Warehouse floors
Offices
Staff facilities
Washrooms
Kitchens and break areas
Entrances and communal areas
Racking-accessible areas
Non-production workspaces
Internal glazing
Periodic deep cleaning
General non-hazardous dust and dirt removal

We’ll assess the site before agreeing what falls within our service.

Industrial doesn’t mean indiscriminate.

Working Around Your Operation.

Closing the entire building because the cleaners have arrived isn’t usually an attractive option.

Where practical, we can schedule work around shifts, shutdowns, handovers, construction programmes and operational requirements.

For active sites, we’ll establish access restrictions, vehicle movements, work areas and other relevant site conditions before starting.

The cleaning programme needs to fit the site.

Not the other way around.

Safety Before Speed.

Construction and industrial environments can contain hazards that don’t exist in an ordinary office.

Active trades. Plant movements. Work at height. Restricted areas. Sharp materials. Dust. Chemicals. Unfinished services.

Before undertaking work, we establish the relevant site requirements and assess what our teams can safely carry out.

Risk assessments, method statements and site-specific procedures can be provided where appropriate to the work.

And if conditions change:

We stop, assess and adapt. We don’t simply carry on.

Site Rules Are Site Rules.

Inductions.

PPE.

Signing in.

Restricted areas.

Permit requirements.

Traffic routes.

Emergency procedures.

If your site has rules our team needs to follow, we’ll establish them before mobilisation and make sure the people attending know what’s expected.

A cleaning contractor doesn’t get an exemption from site discipline because they’re holding a vacuum cleaner.

What We Don’t Pretend Is Ordinary Cleaning.

Some industrial and construction contamination requires specialist competence, equipment or disposal procedures.

That can include asbestos-containing materials, hazardous chemicals, significant mould contamination, certain silica or hazardous dusts, biological hazards and other controlled substances.

We won’t send a general cleaning team into an environment they aren’t trained or equipped to handle.

If specialist work is required, we’ll tell you.

Knowing the boundary is part of working safely.

Waste & Site Clearance

The final stages of a project have a habit of producing a surprising amount of stuff that nobody wants.

Packaging.

Offcuts.

Protective materials.

Unwanted fixtures.

General non-hazardous waste.

Where appropriate, Kelly Bennett can arrange waste clearance alongside the cleaning service, subject to the type of material and applicable disposal requirements.

That gives you one team clearing the space before another finishes it.

Clear. Clean. Handover.

Need More People for the Final Push?

Deadlines have a habit of becoming particularly real towards the end of a project.

If completion has moved, another contractor has let you down or the final clean is larger than anticipated, speak to us.

Subject to capacity, we may be able to provide additional or short-notice cleaning resources to help get the site across the line.

Tell us the scope.

Tell us the deadline.

Tell us what state the building is actually in.

We’ll tell you what can realistically be done.

Planned Around the Programme.

For larger projects, cleaning shouldn’t be an afterthought.

We can work with your project team to understand:

Site access
Programme dates
Plot or area sequencing
Cleaning stages
Handover deadlines
Other trades
Required labour
Equipment
Surface types
Site rules
Waste requirements
Quality expectations

That allows the cleaning resource to be planned around the project rather than assembled in a panic at the end.

Quality at Handover.

A builders clean has a very obvious final test.

Someone walks around the building and looks at it.

For larger projects, areas can be worked through systematically against the agreed scope, with issues identified and rectified before completion where appropriate.

The aim is straightforward:

When we say an area is finished, it should look finished.

From Construction Site to Working Building.

Kelly Bennett can stay involved after the builders clean is complete.

If the property is becoming an office, school, hospitality venue, managed building or other commercial premises, we can establish the ongoing cleaning service ready for occupation.

No gap between the team preparing the building and the company maintaining it.

The site changes.

The responsibility doesn’t have to.

How Much Does a Builders Clean Cost?

Square footage only tells us how large the building is.

It doesn’t tell us what condition it’s in.

A newly completed office requiring a final sparkle clean is a very different job from a heavily refurbished property requiring substantial post-construction cleaning.

We’ll assess the site, understand the stage of the project, surfaces involved, access, required standard and deadline.

For larger work, we’ll also consider programme and labour requirements.

Then we’ll provide a clear quotation based on the actual job.

See the site. Understand the work. Price it properly.

[Arrange a Site Assessment]

The Work Is Finished.

Now Make It Look That Way.

The last tools leave.

The protective covering comes up.

The dust disappears.

Glass clears. Floors are finished. Fittings look new again.

The client walks through the door and sees the building they were promised.

Not the process it took to get there.
