If another cleaner or cleaning company has cancelled, failed to attend or left a job unfinished, tell us what still needs doing and when your deadline is. If we have the people and time available, we’ll take it from there.
We can’t create another six hours in the day.
But we’re quite good with the ones we’ve got.
Moving Out Tomorrow?
Keys due back. Van booked. Boxes everywhere. And the cleaning hasn’t been done. Send us the property details, photographs if you have them, and the time by which the property needs to be ready.

Something’s Happened.
Spills, accidents and unexpected mess don’t tend to consult the diary first. Tell us what has happened before we attend. Photographs are particularly useful.
For potentially hazardous substances, sewage, significant bodily-fluid contamination, needles, chemicals, fire or flood damage, or other specialist hazards, we may need to refer you to an appropriately equipped specialist contractor.
Urgent doesn’t mean careless.

What Happens When You Call?
1. Tell Us What Happened
We’ll need the address, type of property, what needs cleaning and your deadline.
Photographs help enormously.
2. We Check Capacity
We’ll establish which team, equipment and products the job requires and whether we can get them to you in time.
3. We Give You an Answer
If we can do it, we’ll tell you when we can attend, what we can achieve and what it will cost.
If we can’t, we’ll tell you that too.
4. We Get Moving
Once agreed, we’ll allocate the job and get the appropriate team on their way.

How Quickly Can You Get Here?
It depends on where our teams are, what they’re already doing and what your job requires.
Sometimes we may be able to attend the same day. Sometimes the earliest responsible answer will be tomorrow.
We deliberately don’t advertise an arbitrary response time because we’d rather give you an accurate answer when you call than make a promise our cleaners have to break.
Need us quickly? The sooner you call, the more we can usually do.
What Does Emergency Cleaning Cost?
Short-notice work can cost more than cleaning booked normally.
Urgent jobs may require us to reorganise teams, extend working hours, allocate additional cleaners or source equipment at short notice.
We’ll explain any additional charge before you commit.
The fact that you’re in a hurry isn’t an excuse for us to make the price up when we arrive.
Scope agreed. Price agreed. Then we get to work.
